If you are struggling with a poor-quality connection on a particular network, we advise you manually search and select a different network. You will only be able to get an internet connection on the network(s) we offer a service on.
Manually Selecting a Network
Go into Settings.
Click on Network & Internet.
Click on Cellular in the left-hand menu.
Under Mobile Plans click on the eSIM you want to modify.
Scroll down to the Network selection section.
Click on Search for networks.
Your device will begin scanning for available networks. Once the scan is complete, you will see a list of available networks.
Click on the network you want to connect to.
You are now connected to the desired network.
